		<description>I found your article very helpful and enlightening.Especially low or no
volume providers, with the usage of hospitalists, hospitals need to come out with very creative plans.I think in Harvard Health Plans they no longer require hospital priviledges to apply  health plans.These things are changing the dynamics.</description>
