		<description>As a leader in my organization, I try to encourage my employees to &quot;take on&quot; new tasks. I let them explore and then bounce the ideas off of me. To me, the short answer is allowing stewardship to occur will change the nature of the organization; where people have the ability to pursue ideas and innovations through collaboration.</description>
